1. Services Provided

Strategy West College Planning provides college planning advisory services to families of college-bound students. Our services include, but are not limited to, financial aid analysis, academic strategy guidance, school selection support, test preparation resources, scholarship research, and personalized college planning consultation.

Our services are advisory and educational in nature. We do not guarantee specific admissions outcomes, financial aid awards, scholarship results, or any particular college placement. Results depend on many factors outside of our control, including student performance, institutional decisions, and market conditions.

2. Eligibility

Our website and services are intended for use by adults (individuals 18 years of age or older). By using our website or purchasing services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself and, if applicable, your family.

3. Service Packages and Purchasing

We offer several service packages at varying price points. All package prices, descriptions, and inclusions are as displayed on our website at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to update our pricing and package offerings at any time.

Payment for all packages is processed securely through Stripe. By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge the applicable amount to your selected payment method. All sales are in U.S. dollars.

4. Refund Policy

Standard Refund Window

All service packages are eligible for a full refund within seven (7) calendar days of the date of payment, subject to the exception described below.

Service Delivery Exception — No Refund After Delivery

Regardless of whether the seven-day window has elapsed, no refund will be issued once the core service of a purchased package has been delivered. For the purposes of this policy:

• For the Financial Analysis package: delivery is deemed complete upon the conclusion of your financial analysis meeting with a Strategy West advisor.
• For the Essential 3-Pillar Mix package: delivery is deemed to have commenced upon the initiation of any advisory session, platform access, or service engagement under the package.
• For the Full Ensemble Strategy package: delivery is deemed to have commenced upon the initiation of any advisory session, mentorship call, or service engagement under the package.

This exception exists because Strategy West incurs costs and allocates advisor time upon service commencement. Once a service has been delivered or commenced, the value has been provided and a refund is not applicable.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund within the eligible window, please contact us at info@swfcollegeplanning.com with your name, the package purchased, the date of purchase, and the reason for your request. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

5. No Guarantee of Outcomes

Strategy West College Planning provides expert guidance, structured planning, and professional advisory services. However, we make no warranties or representations regarding specific outcomes, including but not limited to:

• Admission to any particular college or university
• Receipt of any specific financial aid, merit aid, or scholarship award
• A specific reduction in the cost of college attendance
• Any particular academic or standardized test result

Our role is to provide the best possible guidance and strategy. Final decisions rest with colleges, universities, scholarship committees, and government programs over which we have no control.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, page layouts, and downloadable materials — is the property of ACFSWF LLC and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this website without our prior written consent.

7. Acceptable Use

By using our website, you agree not to:

• Use our website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of our website or systems
• Transmit any harmful, offensive, or disruptive content

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ACFSWF LLC and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill — arising out of or related to your use of our website or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
